The property features air conditioning with split units in every room and central heating with radiators throughout. Each room has its own thermostat, allowing you to adjust the temperature individually during winter. Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment. The apartment is on the third floor of a historic building. The staircase is wide, and although there are several flights, the stairs are more comfortable than many in the old town. It is about a 10-minute drive from the center of Lucca and close to the beautiful countryside and Lucchese hills. Two shared parking spaces are available within the property. Access to the driveway is through the main gate on the main road. If you have a large car or a van, access to the parking area may be difficult. Only one pet is allowed, available for an extra fee.
